seed grant. The Foundation believes in investing in the talents and vibrancy in Bayelsa, at large
and is convinced that the region should be the center for healthcare, education, innovation and
entrepreneurial drive in Nigeria. Established by a Bayelsan, for Nigeria Africa at large.
